BEFORE: All types of Get Comfy sofas come in packages. The most common order, a corner sleeper sofa arrives in three packs. No need to stress if it fits through the doors or hallways. We endeavour to deliver your new sofa within four weeks from purchase. However, on rare occasions delays may occur which are outside of our control. You may wish to delay your furniture delivery due to various reasons e.g. holiday. Please let us know no later than 7 days from purchase of your preferred delivery date or during check out.
As most companies operating online, Get Comfy partners with a reliable courier service for all deliveries. We have no control of delivery times. To make a smooth transition from a track to your address, you will receive a text message on the number supplied at the time of order informing you of estimated time and date of delivery. The FREE kerbside delivery means that you will need 2 grown ups to move the packs. Please be aware that drivers are not responsible for your sofa purchase handling after it is dispatched from their track.
AFTER: When your sofa delivery arrives, please inspect all packaging and be satisfied that there is no visible damage. In the unlikely event that you notice any damage, you can decline receipt of your shopping and notify Get Comfy at admin@getcomfy.ie with photos of the damaged arrival immediately. We will act quickly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If you choose to accept damaged goods and proceed to unpack, returns will not be possible.
To make things super easy for you, Get Comfy provides white glove delivery service (carry in, unpack, assembly, sustainable disposal of packaging, removal of an old sofa) at €50 base price for each item.
